No incentive was offered I wish I had read the reviews here first. I transferred almost $12k of coins to Trustwallet from older, unsupported wallets, where those coins had sat safe as houses for over 10 years! I installed the Chrome extension, and added a very secure password and all was fine. The next morning I started receiving fake "verify account" emails from a weebly address. all of these were ignored. Within 10hrs of my transfers, 100% of my assets were stolen and moved away. The app has a setting to request verification before transfers are made, this did not happen. I agree with many commentators that this looks like an inside job, it was too quick, and the spammy email was triggered by something or someone almost immediately after I transferred. Harsh lesson, there is nothing they will do, and not a human you can talk to. I should have been quicker to react when I found there is no 2FA option on the app, I have to think this is a deliberate decision to make the app less safe and accountable. AVOID at all costs if you want to keep your coins safe. But now Trust Wallet supports a vast collection of coins so users only have to use one wallet. And even the user interface and interactions with the wallet seem easier too. Additionally, this is compatible with Android and iOS devices. Trust Wallet has included some good features in the application making it easier for the user. Inbuilt crypto exchange, track charts to check the price variations, and supporting collectibles such as NFTs are a few of these features. Also, users will earn some interest on their funds too. Considering the security Trust Wallet have several methods to ensure the safety of the users. With a private key and fingerprint or a pin, security is ensured. And most importantly Trust Wallet doesn't save user information on their servers so the probability of hacking is minimum. #### Cons As with most wallets, this is not safer than a hardware wallet. also, Trust Wallet does not have cold storage so user funds are prone to malicious attacks. As some wallets provide cold storage, this is something they could improve.
