Pros
- I liked the design of the app it is super beautiful, the options in the app are really great. You can say easily this is multiple apps in one app.
- I downloaded this app and am very pleased with the service. Aitrillion is helping my business grow, they are very helpful especially when you need help with any issues you may need help with.
- If you're not using this App, you're missing out come join us for the best advice in helping your store grow AWESOME I'm so pleased.
Cons
- I have not run into anything that I dislike about this app or the support that comes with it or the price that I pay for it.
- I don't have one at the moment. Lack of Facebook integration.
- I am having some teething problems (user error I must stress) and he is helping me sort them all out. In fact he has gone above and beyond so far.
Pros
- My experience working with Annex Cloud has been fantastic. The level of support I received was excellent, and they were always willing to work with us to accomplish our requests.
- Annex Cloud was has been a great partner. I haven't had any surprises and love that I have confidence in them.
- A great solution for businesses to add social log-ins and loyalty programs on their site, as well as many other available features. The customer experience with Annex Cloud was great.
Cons
- The backend doesnt easily intergarate with other platforms and most copy isnt easily ammendable. The reporting particuraly is difficult to use and can be confusing.
- The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.
- We are still having inconsistencies and odd occurrences from time to time.
