"Being able to send appointment reminders, electronic forms, and other text communications to our clients has been great. "

"It has an automated reminder option which made it easy to remind our clients about their appointments."

"We are able to send appointment reminders, update on COVID procedures and we've even used it to better communicate with Spanish speaking patients."

"It makes it hard because I have to go through the schedule & try to figure out whose initials they are & double check the phone number against it to confirm the appointment."

"Ex. if my reminders don't go out today (automatically), I have to reach out to ReminderCall and ask them to manually send them."
