"I appreciate that it functions as a comprehensive, centralized communications hub—it simplifies my daily life to have reliable international messaging, high-quality voice calls, and stable video calls all within a single, free application."

"I also really like that I can have WhatsApp Business on my phone as a separate app with a separate phone number at the same time as the regular WhatsApp app, which allows me to keep work and private conversations separate."

"Not too savage what I like least about whatsapp is the occasional group chat chaos too many people replying at once turns it into a noisy mess read receipts endless notifications and that 1 guy who spams voice notes you can't mute fast enough also the desktop version feels clunky compared to the phone app and there's no real way to organize or search old messages It's not a deal breaker but it can get overwhelming when things get busy."
