Good email sending automation if you use Dynamics 365 Sales Hub

Pros:

Love the customizability and the tight integration with the other Dynamics 365 modules/data.

Cons:

Missing a lot of features by default, when compared to Hubspot. For example, there is no way to track source of leads and no integration to automatically capture that with tracking code or Google analytics.

Reasons for switching to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Mailchimp did not integrate with Dynamics 365 Sales Hub contacts at all, so it was easier to manage.

Excellent dynamics product. A complete eco system.

All in all, it is an excellent product. It benefits companies in many way and worth the transition from adhoc software.

Pros:

Easy to use. New employees often are familiar with the UI. More and more no code dev available. Frequently updated with new features.

Cons:

Some of the new features feels half baked and buggy. LIC system keeps changing.

Reasons for choosing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Client already had dev team that was trained on Azure and other MS products.
