InsideView is a great product to some basic competitive information of an account.

It makes my team more efficient and have more information to help them be even more successful before they pick up the phone. Their customer service team is helpful if there's ever an issue.

You will find that for the cost, it is a powerful tool and can boost the effectiveness of your inside sales and business development efforts and help them establish a list of solid targeted clients.

The family tree does not automatically scan your database to find accounts that you currently have. We've also seen difficultly in updating the Fiscal Year End month in Salesforce.

I like InsideView as it very easy to use and you have the access to all the updated news about a company. We mostly use it for competitive analysis and for our marketing programs.

Integration into Salesforce is my favorite feature. It allows us to very quickly sync company and contact information.

This software provides a significant return on your investment. For the price, the value I receive on a daily basis is tremendous.

It's single handedly worth the price of admission.

The LinkedIn feature used to show if the person has a LinkedIn profile, but only if the person was in their system prior does it now show. I guess they lost their integration or something.

Can be easily integrated and support is great.

I feel that it complimented the information we already had in SF and created a better view of our clients/prospects.

Searching was improved but not greatly and I am always disappointed with the usability on mobile apple products.

Very rarely the information lookup can go wrong if other data related to the contact is not correct.

InsideView allows me to quickly get a lot of really useful data on companies that would normally take a lot of time to gather.

Overall, a great tool for anyone on the sales team who are used to working in Salesforce. The integration is super helpful - with the info you need, in an easy to find location.

I haven´t find anything I don't like about the tool.

Since the release of apex have been leveraging the tool as an add on to build better lead and target identification.

I was extremely impressed with its ease of use and how quickly i was able to find the critical contact information, and company intelligence I needed.

I have a lot of individuals  John Smith Smith because of their style of merging and it almost always chooses the wrong email address.

The accuracy of the data needs to be worked on and apart from the data that is available for North America, it almost becomes obsolete for other regions.

I have had great experience with their customer support.

The fact I can integrate it directly with my CRM makes it easier for my team to work within the org and not waste time waiting for uploads or manual processes.

InsideView is easy to use inside of Salesforce. The employee size is usually accurate.

Similarly our marketing can run campaigns based on company outlook and recent news. The integration within the CRM make it easy to use.

I like the news insights too with updates on the companies.

Handle complex pricing and permission structured and care about complicated order processes. Then there is multi-channel publishung, web-to-print and mobile apps for data entry.

Pimcore will fail if you expect to find a complete solution for your business case right off the bat. It needs professional advise for customization an implementation.

Additionally pimcore offers an ecommerce framework which I personally have no real experience with.

No predefined templates for CMS, Admin UI does not have any theming options.

The key features I love about Pimcore. Completely flexible  and extensible data model that allows creating complex data model with ease.

Pimcore makes it very easy to integrate with external services and that is something that very few other systems manage to do.

My personal favorite is the api which is generated on the fly while modeling you data. So again, you're prototype benefits from the CMS, DAM and PIM Features.

We need a platform to integrate systems, store any kind of data and build highly customized e-business solutions.

That means that updates can be somewhat painful (ExtJs 3 to ExtJs 6, Zend Framework to Symfony). But I wouldn't say that they are any more painful than updates in competing products.

The data delivery channels can sometimes break down causing loss of time and information.

Many thanks to them without whom we would not have the success we have. I recommend VERY HIGHLY.

Amazing that it contains all 3 modules in a seamless, drag and drop web-based UI. It's open source too like Wordpress but so much more.
