InsideView is a great product to some basic competitive information of an account.

It makes my team more efficient and have more information to help them be even more successful before they pick up the phone. Their customer service team is helpful if there's ever an issue.

You will find that for the cost, it is a powerful tool and can boost the effectiveness of your inside sales and business development efforts and help them establish a list of solid targeted clients.

The family tree does not automatically scan your database to find accounts that you currently have. We've also seen difficultly in updating the Fiscal Year End month in Salesforce.

I like InsideView as it very easy to use and you have the access to all the updated news about a company. We mostly use it for competitive analysis and for our marketing programs.

Integration into Salesforce is my favorite feature. It allows us to very quickly sync company and contact information.

This software provides a significant return on your investment. For the price, the value I receive on a daily basis is tremendous.

It's single handedly worth the price of admission.

The LinkedIn feature used to show if the person has a LinkedIn profile, but only if the person was in their system prior does it now show. I guess they lost their integration or something.

Searching was improved but not greatly and I am always disappointed with the usability on mobile apple products.

Overall, a great tool for anyone on the sales team who are used to working in Salesforce. The integration is super helpful - with the info you need, in an easy to find location.

I haven´t find anything I don't like about the tool.

Since the release of apex have been leveraging the tool as an add on to build better lead and target identification.

I was extremely impressed with its ease of use and how quickly i was able to find the critical contact information, and company intelligence I needed.

I have a lot of individuals  John Smith Smith because of their style of merging and it almost always chooses the wrong email address.

The accuracy of the data needs to be worked on and apart from the data that is available for North America, it almost becomes obsolete for other regions.

I have had great experience with their customer support.

The fact I can integrate it directly with my CRM makes it easier for my team to work within the org and not waste time waiting for uploads or manual processes.

InsideView is easy to use inside of Salesforce. The employee size is usually accurate.

Similarly our marketing can run campaigns based on company outlook and recent news. The integration within the CRM make it easy to use.

I like the news insights too with updates on the companies.

And setting up things might be a bit tricky if you’re a newcomer in the world of analytics/JavaScript.

The pricing model (MTUs) when you have a lot of anonymous users can be a problem.

Setting new events is easy and the software is very intuitive. The real-time debugger view is super helpful during software development.

Certain resolutions to bad data were a challenge to make work.

The ability to insert third-party snippets on our site through Segment. The pricing structure of charging by usage rather than by seat, making it easy to increase adoption across the org.

It's great if you want to track very basic behaviors like button clicks or form submissions.

Segment is great - great support & documentation. It's very reliable, covering all your third-party integrations.

The ability to easily connect disparate sources of customer data. The ease of adding sources and destinations with or without native integration with Segment.

I can't extract the list of events in order to review them offline (in order to manage which to keep and which to disable).

Good experience overall. A great out of the box and flexible solution.

Not all connections are intuitive and the UI makes it hard to find payload information and logs.

It provides full detailed documentation and a few ready SDK that helps a lot of dev to quickly implement this tool inside the platform.

Overall experience has been quite frustrating so far. Hopefully this will change as it looks like this tool has great capabilities.

Segment is a wonderful tool for us due to its intuitive interface, extensive documentation, and ability to debug events.

Easy to setup, great customer support, excellent choice of services, simply amazing.

Custom integration or customization is really hard to do, third parties implementation sometimes lack some essential feature that would become a hard blocker during the integration.

Thus far, I've been able to get the exact data I need, and for that I am grateful to have Segment.

This saves us a ton in developer costs in time, and makes it very easy to vet new tools for our analytics and marketing stacks.

Also the Segment interface is well designed and easy to navigate. The settings for your Destinations are all clear and laid out, so you can make changes effortlessly.

I love the simplicity and functionality of Segment.
