Have only recently been using AskNicely, but the set up was super simple, the customer support was amazing, and we're already getting great actionable feedback from our NPS responses.

I think this app is really worth the investment and guides you in the right product decisions.

Missing a few things I think would be common sense for the program to have.

What I loved most was how easily we started receiving reviews by using the AskNicely Intercom integration.

AskNice.ly is an elegant NPS collection tool, compatible with lots of useful integrations.

Luckily we have enough customers to justify the reasonable costs for doing our external customers. All in all I couldn't be happier.

The software is very easy to setup and manage. The interface is extremely intuitive, and it is wonderful that it integrates with our marketing automation software, HubSpot.

The surveys are easy to setup for the admin and easy for clients to fill out. The analytics we received from the surveys were very useful in making business decisions.

We did not have a 'close it' option when we were using it in-app, so a few our users became annoyed.

It is not very responsive in the terms of error feedback. Has no alert function (NPS alerts or database alerts).

Automation used for this tool is great as it really allows you to gather more (positive) reviews fast. SMS and auto-reminders, are great features.

The only con is that some of the features you had to pay more for. I was on a basic plan and didn't need a monthly plan so it was unfortunate that I couldn't access all of the features.

Yes you can make surveys, yes it’s relatively easy to use, yes it’s cheap. The data reporting is simple and easy to export if needed and the secure survey option is great for the workplace.

I couldn't create an automated email to receive when new surveys were completed.

I have also used it as a graduate student and it was a great tool for me to use during my studies because it gave me so many great ways to analyze my data.

It has been great, compared to other tools such as Google Forms it offers more tools and its hub looks better.

I like that respondents think they are anonymous but you can actually track where they came from which protects integrity of information.

Closing surveys takes too many steps. Search for surveys is hard to search.

One of my favorite features of this software is the ability to quickly write a review, and then easily send out a link to a whole variety of people. What is even better is when you purchase results.
