It requires a key to login. It is no way to remember the key.

The login is a bit annoying because it requires you to check your email each time you get into the platform.

The survey tool is comparable to any in the market. I particularly like the ownership as they are very responsive and communicative.

The one thing I like most about Block Survey software is the ease of use.

You can host the forms on your own domains which allows you to stay on brand as well. The price and value is outstanding.

I have not encountered anything that I don't like while using BlockSurvey.

Block Survey is truly a hidden gem. It's crypto secured surveys are very unique and the platform has grown and continues to impress daily.

This form will encrypt the user information that no one can read them and only form owners can what the information share by users. I love to use this tool.

The biggest downside is that I am unable to use the heatmap functionality for the email signup popup that is located on the site.

It is very easy to integrate using google manager or directly paste the code. One of the best thing in HotJar is Heatmaps it shows me which part of my website are working well.

It's easy to use, and provides me with detailed information on which elements of my site are working 'well' and which are underutilised. The 'video replay' function is the best feature for this.

HotJar is great for anyone who has a website and offers a paid monthly service and wants to improve the user experience. It's also cheaper than some other services we've used.

Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.

Love how easy Hotjar is to use, the features allow you to really gain an insight into what webpages are working and what aren't - allowing you to boost user experience and conversions.

It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.

Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.

I was unsatisfied with other Heatmapping and recording software.

In my opinion, Hotjar has at least two big problems, first is the limited page height that is set at 1500px and the second one is the disabled feature for cross-domains.
