The implementation & on boarding team was wonderful to work with.

Clean interface and easy to understand. I like the organizational breakdown the most.

Integration flexibility to SFDC, ServiceNow, and other sources of customer account, contact, financials, support, and usage metrics.

The tool is constantly under improvement and immediate benefits to the enhancements are felt.

Changing anything about the tasks is really a pain. We could have done a better job in setting up the logic of the tasks for when they are supposed to fire for sure.

You should have a default that is selected company wide for the filter that we can use. Creating tasks is a big hassle and leaving notes on those tasks is a pain.

I like that it is customizable and gives me the ability to see tasks and workflows that are specific to my company's specifications.

A quick page refresh will do usually fix the issue, but it is annoying and it does interrupt my process.

It helps our organisation keep communication free flowing about customers which aids in our customer satisfaction and in supporting sales cycles.

There is an annoying bug that has persisted for the last few months - it gives garbled text and I'm unable to view any meaningful content.

Reporting and integrations. The reporting and managerial side of the software is entirely disappointing.

It's difficult to pull useful data in a way we can present to our leadership. There are integrations that come out of box, however the fields they interact with are limited to a frustrating degree.

Even with the cadence feature, the timeline of when tasks need to get done is easily lost. Managing upward of 100 clients caused tasks/meetings to be missed.

Very hard to keep up with, since it requires a lot of time to input information. Frustrating user experience.

Difficult to export data or search. Cumbersome is you have a large amount of accounts.

The software is easy to use, great for planning and organization, and easily used as a collaborative tool with various departments.

We often have sync issues which can be frustrating.

I dont feel like it is user friendly enough or quick enough for me to use. Creating and modifying the cards/tasks seemed was not quick and easy.

The team is very responsive. They are still building and improving the software, so I'm excited to see what is coming up.

I have given it quite a few chances over time but the experience has been. Quite disappointing each and every time.

User friendly interface. Surveys created can be integrated using iframe and JavaScript.

The ability to set up the surveys in SurveyGizmo is very straightforward and logical.

The biggest disadvantage (at least at first, it has improved) is the limited bi-lingual functionality it offers.

I was having problems logging-in due to an error on my part; however, at the time, I did not realize my mistake.

They also are constantly changing the product which often leads to bugs in the product or worse data loss.

It’s the most expensive tool we considered. The interface is a bit boring compared to many newer platforms.

The Google Sheets API is wonderful. I love that you can flow data into sheets automatically.

I agree it's not the cheapest tool in the market, but it's worth the money.

Managed to deliver mid-level complexity commercial surveys, lack of some critical features (comparing with Qualtrics or similar products). Still some value for money despite lack of support.

A really important selling point for me was the company's privacy policy and how they make it easy to tailor their product to be used for research on sensitive topics.

Has some cute features & set up that make it a bit more fun to use than alternatives.

It is relatively simple to use and has great integrations with my other software applications. It is critical in helping me distinguish my business as a financial advisor.

As we do not conduct surveys every day, Alchemer meets our needs equally well or even slightly better, yet at a way more affordable pricing point.

Excellent Customer Service. The response is almost immediate, and they have a great disposition.

It can be a little confusing figuring out how to build survey at first. Have hard time remembering where to edit text.

The only complaint is that i dislike the price because it just keeps increasing. I think there are other freer options.

SurveyGizmo makes it easy to create surveys that look clean and professional. The platform is very intuitive and has many great features.

It blends in in our workflow: the solution is flexible, although you can use it to send emails, we use Mailchimp for mails but it is easy to have both communicate.

Great functionality in making sure clients receive surveys. Can be customized which is great.

The variable names automatically created in SurveyGizmo are not at all intuitive and are quite annoying to adjust.

Unless you are doing a high volume of studies, it just doesn't make sense to pay the monthly fees charged by SurveyGizmo.

I have never dealt with a company that offers this kind of live support. The representatives are so friendly and a delight to deal with.
