Simple Web Chat And Review Platform
We love Broadly, it's a great web chat and review platform for small businesses.
PROSVery affordable way to introduce web chat, therefore getting more leads. Also a great way to ask for reviews via email or text.
CONSYou cannot build advanced conversation bots using their web chat, it's just a simple response and then manual follow up.

Game changer for todays business
Overall I love the program and what it does for us. The technical side needs to improve.

CONSTechnical issues and bugs. Inconsistency especially on the mobile app. Always requires updates and doesn’t always work properly. Very finicky and frustrating

Broadly review
Broadly is very simple to use. It's quick to onboard and easy to bring on new locations.
CONSIt lacks in some small ways that are very important. After someone leaves a review it continues to ask for a review however, it doesn't explain that it is for another platform.

Overall its pretty good. Its nice to have a spot where we can see all the reviews in one place.
PROSI personally really enjoy the SMS feature, so that the guests are easily available to respond without needing to go back , on the internet browser.
CONSI think the response time could be a little better, Also fixing the bugs that occur when sending the automatic messages, some of them are sent waay later then they should be or not at all in some instances.
