  • Pros

  • Canny makes it super easy to track the most requested features from our customers and keep track of them, as well as publish status updates to the people who are interested.
  • I enjoy the minimal branding and easy integration with our application. We didn't have to build the entire system ourselves and the Intercom integration is great as well.
  • Cons

  • Our biggest struggle right now is using one Canny instance for different products and services we have.
  • Features and analyzation/reporting is weak on Canny. Would like to be able to analyze tags, and look at trends for requests overall.

  • Responsive team in supporting any short requirements, and any issues with user claims.
  • I personally liked the feature where gift cards are segregated based on different categories. The customer support is easy to use.
  • Cons

  • I would suggest it can reduce the traffic a bit as the app was a bit slow when I used once...it can be because of the network but m not sure.
  • Some offer are vague & not very clear, sometimes difficult to understand if the offers are applicable.
