A great tool to visualize, map and transform experiences

Amazed to find a complete solution on experience mapping. User interface is simple, intuitive offers features of CX management and Continuous Improvement. Probably this is the only tool in the market which assists in all phases of CX Transformation roadmap.

Pros

Used this tool to map the current state of the experience using CJM techniques. The UI is clean and easy to follow. CJM features including adding different lane types (Arrow, Card, Bubble, Line, Image, File and Text). Improvement ideas can be captured on the current state map, categorized by benefit type and even can be posted anonymously. Impressed with feature of like and dislike of an idea, rating on 1 to 5 scale on effort required to implement an idea vs benefit or impact from the idea implementation. Another excellent feature is adding a checking list in each task which can be used as Quality Control to check complete of the task. In summary, a useful tool which can be used to remotely drive CX transformation project.

Cons

UI needs improvement, ability to add custom colors, and integration with MS Excel, Google Sheet.

A great design thinking enabler

It has been a very good experience and it reduces a lot of time that used to be spent in creating templates and analysis

Pros

It has all the components required for design thinking and makes it user friendly and quick. The concepts I had learnt about design thinking was better put to use using this tool. It is easy to share and makes it easy for remote communication too. Good support is provided on queries. It also helps in project tracking which I liked as an inbuilt feature. The look and feel is good.

Cons

Providing more templates I am sure would improve with time
