The customer service is absolutely fantastic - very quick, friendly responses that contain very useful information. Go above and beyond the call.

As a student using DiscoverText in a class, it was great to get a taste for the software without having to purchase.

That's why export function (excel format) is suitable to academic scholars. Basic statistics and graph are also nice because they give insights on the data.

The features to manipulate and visualize data are very helpful. I especially like the sifter features like the cloud generator and the ability to display the most used single, biad, or triad terms.

I particularly like how well discover text handles large data sets and how the data can be smoothly integrated into other services.

It became easier to learn how to use DiscoverText. I also appreciate the fact that there are is a support line for tech help whenever needed.
