  • Pros

  • This amount of user behavior visibility is crucial for locating friction points and improving the user experience. Super love this feature.
  • We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
  • I love how quick it is to find out the customer segments you are looking for. This is super important when QA-ing software.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.
  • For the price it demands, I feel the ROI is very low.
  • Customer service was poor. Price for minimum package was increased from USD $199 to $899.

  • I really like the clean and modern interface. It makes searching through the features very convenient and looking at it while working is a pure pleasure.
  • We switched to LiveSession and loved it instantly. Customer service is always there to help if you need anything, and the tool itself is very nice too.
  • Overall I love the UI and find it intuitive. I'd like it to be more reliable for browser rexordings.
  • Cons

  • So far, I don't have anything that I have disliked about LiveSession.
  • The thing that is a real deal breaker for me with this software is lack of possibility to watch the session live.
  • This assists our clients in understanding user trends, and finding out abusive uses of their confidential material on the website.
