  • Pros

  • I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
  • The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
  • We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.
  • For the price it demands, I feel the ROI is very low.
  • Customer service was poor. Price for minimum package was increased from USD $199 to $899.

  • Pros

  • Sensitive content hidden] was great. Very happy with the onboarding meeting I had with him, he was excellent.
  • The ability to see screen sizes and browser types have been really helpful. Obviously being able to see what the customer's journey looked like is of great value.
  • I like to use this system as a starting point for keyword research and competition. I know it does a lot of other cool things that I like as well, but for me, I find the Kombat section most helpful.
  • Cons

  • The current system of the heatmap loading over the page can confused people.
  • Also, all the plans have the same features (all), there are no smaller plans with less features (I just use the recordings and the basic analytics, but it has chat popups, heatmaps, survey popups).
  • LuckyOrange allowed me to stop the guess work.
