Hotjar vs Alchemer

There is not much to dislike about this platform, unfortunately you have to pay for some features, however, bear in mind that you can get some phenomenal insights.

The interface is a little cluttered at times, but this is a minor criticism as there are lots of features contained here!

The price isn't that cheap, that's the only complaint I have, but it's a great tool overall.

Minor cons: - data prepopulation is somewhat limited in rows - interface should be a little lighter and faster - reporting has some customization but could be better
