Journey Labs and mental health research

We use Journey Labs for improving mental health care and collecting research data on adolescents with psychiatric and substance use disorders

Pros

The ability to customize the program for patients of all ages. Customer support services are excellent and the team is open to innovating and developing new applications specific to research needs.

Cons

The onboarding process for patients is still evolving but still more time intensive than optimal
