I love the service it is simple for people to subscribe. On the back in the analytics are amazing and so easy to understand.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.

It’s the most expensive tool we considered. The interface is a bit boring compared to many newer platforms.

The Google Sheets API is wonderful. I love that you can flow data into sheets automatically.

It can be a little confusing figuring out how to build survey at first. Have hard time remembering where to edit text.

SurveyGizmo makes it easy to create surveys that look clean and professional. The platform is very intuitive and has many great features.

It blends in in our workflow: the solution is flexible, although you can use it to send emails, we use Mailchimp for mails but it is easy to have both communicate.

I have never dealt with a company that offers this kind of live support. The representatives are so friendly and a delight to deal with.
