Pros/Cons

Pros
This is a great program to gain customers feedback from their experiences. We can also respond within this program as well!!
Lot's of information given when looking at surveys, very helpful

Cons
Thumbs up functionality - if a user responds to a text with a "stop" message it automatically registers as a thumbs down, which is not always representative of their experience.
There are not many cons to this as it is a basic system where customers can share their feedback with us.

Pros
The flexibility and the support are awesome - you could not really do any better. They are especially good when it comes to students conducting research.
It is extremely user friendly. Wizard feature is quite helpful. I am using this online tool for over few years. Never had a problem accessing it.

Cons
This software is good overall. Only thing is that i found the navigation little not user friendly which can be improved.
The basic free option is a bit limited, for the rest, it seems an excellent tool for consultation.
