I have started using Miro during my company's ideation and analysis sprints. It is a very easy to use and makes collaboration very enjoyable and effective for the team.

Clean: just what you need, where you need it. Collaborative: you can easily integrate your teammates.

I like that it gives you the freedom to do whatever you like with the space.

Good for brainstorming and team working and collaboration and community based.

Responsive and beautiful. It's not only visually pleasing, it's the best app to do personalized boards and diagrams.o.

The best benefit is getting to visualize what I can't explain in words. It helps me as a UX writer.

Some interaction design in this software is very difficult to use, specially the font and color. Artboard works in a unique (and bad) way.

Video and voice options related to mapping software  are probably the best value for money at the moment on the market.

Easy to use, costomizable and regularly updated with new features. This software is essential for any professional who has to organize online cooperative events and workshops.

Intuitive interface, ability for multiple members at various locations to watch & use in real time, attentive, responsive support team.

The ability to customise the boards to suit the individual projects has been of great benefit to the design process and outcome.

If you don't lock the sticker or frames, you can mess it up. The copy and paste process for images take so long occasionally.

Their templates are awesome as well, along with their interface being aesthetically pleasing, it's one of my favorite tools I use as a designer.

We also have frames for our team charter, our useful links, next years budget requirements and a free whiteboard frame for notes and mind maps.

The templates are great, it's easy to customize and edit. But being able to share with the team and present with everyone collaborating on the same screen is fantastic.

Helps us to collaborate in many different things like  creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.

Some of the shortcuts are confusing, but you'll soon get over it.

I belive one of  mystudents were involved in the project process because, Miro was so fun to work. My classes are more fun with it if I am in trial mode.

Great experience, with really good design and almost perfect sensation of a physical board.

Drag of notes in kanban board or brain wiring template is not smooth as it snaps to wrong board. Idea voting can be an option that can be introduced.

The templates, infinite canvas, sharing ability, and live editing are all fantastic features. Brainstorming projects has never been this fun.

Hand Writing is Too too Good and just like how u write on ur Note book. Customer Support fantastic.

The plugins and integrations that keep getting better every day are something to admire, tbh. So generally Miro is a product worthy of a standing ovation.

I enjoy using the tool a lot - it's fun, intuitive, and easy to use. My daughter needed to make a school presentation & I showed her Miro which she picked up and ran with immediately.

Ease of use is stunning. It's so cool how native is your experience with the editor - they detect the touchpad and optimize editing for that.

Great inbuild templates available for any kind of flow chart or creating diagram. Great export methods of the dashboards which can be easily shared between the Team.

The inability to read the whiteboards offline in the apps.

They have great customer support as well, I needed their help only one and they've been extremely helpful.

Some integrations are missing. Sometimes, we get zoomed out a lot and have to search for the content of the board.

When our CEO introduced miro I was quite hesitant, but then started to use it to document our system architecture.

It's been such an easy and effective way to create charts just like I would want to on a whiteboard. I would absolutely recommend it.

Our company is pretty satisfied with Miro. It's a good tool for mapping out certain processes.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
