Pros:

The customizable dashboard that aggregates all reviews and presents the data in an easy to digest, informative pulse on our consumer sentiment allows us to see how we're performing over time and to identify any issues that may be starting to surface.

Cons:

While this is being improved, having been spoiled by the speed of other AI interfaces, the digital twins function takes longer than I would like.
