  • Pros

  • The analytical data it provides helps coach and improve employees ability to offer great customer service.
  • What I like most about the software is the ease of use which is very important to me as a user.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake when setting up your reviewing, you have to start from the beginning to fix that mistake, you can't just fix it.
  • That it allows your customers, the ones who are super upset or unhappy, to continue to contribute to a neg rating. Also, i don't think it integrates with zendesk.

  • I was able to quickly and easily create summaries and visualizations of my results to get a better overview. The customer service of Survio.com is also excellent.
  • Price is lower than others, Friendly Interface, a lot of useful Abilities, including semantic differential.
  • Cons

  • The only thing I could complain about is amount of responses to my questionaire.
  • Survio is a bit on the expensive side and the discount is hard to get for students.
