Swell is overall super easy to use, especially with their new app. When we first opened the salon we had multiple fully booked stylists, and it made it seamless getting in contact with all the guests.

It has helped us get reviews from our patients with the ease of sending a great looking link. I also love that patients can message us from the site.

This was the best move for my company by far. The customer service is great.

They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.

It's embarrassing to be in front of a customer and for it to take more than 1 minute for the app to load, and sometimes it takes much longer than that.
