  • The Ackroo team has been wonderful to work with.
  • The customer service is excellent to work with, and the system is very functional.
  • It is convenient for people to use it and the idea is very good.
  • Cons

  • Its a bit costly if you dont use or sell many. A lot if fees involved for use, payment processing etc.
  • Customer service post implementation was delayed.

  • The support that is given to a small company is superb and we are so grateful for the partnership that we have formed with Yotpo. They are great partners and we look forward to growing with them.
  • Great customer service team from the sales call all the way to implementation. Very powerful platform with a lot of great features.
  • Yotpo is a great tool to gather honest customer feedback regarding your companies performance. Yotpo is not geographically based so it's the best tool for national businesses.
  • Cons

  • In the Q/A-section there is a "Send to past shoppers"-button. We absolutely hate this button, and there is no option to hide or remove it.
  • The review platform is very expensive for what it is - basically just sending emails to customers. So the more emails they send the more you pay, but it is way more than should be.
  • It has a many features and you can get lost during setup when you don't know the software.
