There are a lot of steps to take into account, and things you forget about until you launch. These things should be highlighted sooner rather than later.

We are still having inconsistencies and odd occurrences from time to time.

The team helped greatly with integration and have made every effort to work with our team to ensure that the implementation went smooth.

The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.

While we are on an older version of their API, the newer version looks like an improvement in the right direction, taking things from good to great.

Launching a loyalty program is a very complex project.

Annex Cloud was has been a great partner. I haven't had any surprises and love that I have confidence in them.

I have experienced  great customer service with Annex Cloud. I rarely have to wait for a response when I send in a question.

Their customer success team has also been very helpful setting up custom reports and data exports, providing best-in-class examples when continuing to optimize our program and much more.

It works best when I'm responding to reviews and using the social boost features to take advantage of all the great reviews that we're receiving.

It functions easily on its own once it has been set up and maintenance is not too complicated. Their customer service team is also great.

Yotpo was easy to install, easy to monitor and we've seen such great results from it. The customer service team is awesome and always willing to help and troubleshoot (and do it quickly).

Additionally, our account rep is super responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we run into.

I think they have dropped their pricing. They offered to drop our subscription.

We purchased this mainly for the loyalty program. It is great to offer our customers a point/loyalty system.

The product is clean, used widely among major e-commerce sites and their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

Very good service and offer a lot for the free version. I am now paying for some of the more advanced features.

I have tried the free trial and i think i'm hooked. They really streamline everything to help your business look great from reviews to social media integration, they have it all.

Overall, the platform has been pretty great. Our biggest gripe would be in the pricing.
