Pros:

What I liked most about Feefo was how easy it is to collect and manage customer feedback. The platform makes reviews feel genuine and trustworthy, and I liked that it helps businesses understand customer experiences better. The dashboard is also straightforward and easy to navigate.

Cons:

One downside is that some features can take a little time to learn at first, especially if you’re new to review management platforms. I also think the reporting section could be a bit more simplified for easier use.

Allows great feedback from customers which then allows business actions based on real feedback meaning you get a more targeted response

Cons:

It can be a costly tool depending on which plan you purchase. Although how much do you value business improvement insights?

Didn't support our Ecomm platform, Unhelpful Customer Service

Not a good experience to be honest. The price for a Feefo subscription license is less than that of other products, but it's one where you get what you pay for I suppose! It does the basic / bare minimum, but ultimately we found customer support and Feefo brand recognition to be inadequate, and they did not support integration with our ecomm platform.

Pros:

Feefo was easy to set up, but the user interface was quite clunky and difficult for team members to use.

Cons:

Feefo does not have good brand recognition outside of the UK, so for our customers based in other locations, they didn't feel that they could trust Feefo and we gathered way less reviews than with a competitor software product. Customer support at Feefo was unhelpful as well.

Our sales Rep \[sensitive content hidden\] is always there to support us with anything Feefo related so we maximise the Feefo service. The campaign manager tool has helped us engage with more feedback than ever before which means we can make our services the best they can be for our customers. We like the way that Feefo allows us to show case the positive feedback to our customers through the Platinum award.

Pros:

The online Feefo portal makes it easy to navigate, which makes the process of gathering feedback straightforward. Allowing us to pick apart feedback and implement processes to make our processes smoother.

Cons:

If we were being extremely picky, the occasional emails received by the Feefo hub support team in relation public reviews who have directly contacted Feefo requesting to review our services. We would prefer they were instructed to speak with us directly so we can provide a personal touch as part of the customer experience when using our service.

A good review-gathering solution

Feefo is fine, but the widgets gallery is limited. It's also not a very intuitive platform, we typically have to reach out to our rep for help making changes or implementing new things.

Cons:

Our dev team had to set up a complicated API, it's expensive.
