Christmas Hampers for Clients... Problem? No problem at all!
Wonderful experience. The ease-of-use is unmatched and only surpassed by the level of customer service that is offered. Definitely using the service again!!
PROSI loved the personalised support with the backing of strong technical processes. My package was sent out on time and would've been delivered on time if not for some mistakes by the end-courier. I was in touch with [sensitive content hidden] as soon as the package failed to arrive, she kept me in the loop the whole time, offered me contingency options whilst the package was being returned to sender. She made sure, despite a major hiccup, nothing was impacted negatively.

CONSVisually, the platform could be more user-friendly. In addition to more sustainable options, we would also like the ability to create our own gift campaigns.
