Easy to setup new loyalty cards for customers, highly customizable, enables you to push messages to customers and very seamless experience.

Cons:

Some android users reported difficulty registering. Stamps sometimes take longer to appear on android customers cards.

Nothing .. honestly they have a few bugs here & there but nothing crazy . I’m very content on the application

Customers could see at all times where they were. It was nice that they could see how much more they needed to spend to get a reward.

Cons:

Customers had to remember to ask us to add their points. Downloading and getting customers set up on loopy loyalty was difficult. android users shouldn't have to download a separate app to use loopy loyalty.

Accessibility after downloading it finding the app on your phone

Simple to use and easy for both staff and customers. The digital loyalty card replaces physical cards, making reward tracking much more convenient. It helps increase repeat visits and keeps customers engaged with minimal effort.

Cons:

There are occasional errors during use, which can affect the experience at times. Also, customer support is limited to live chat only, and responses can take longer than expected. Having more support channels or faster response times would improve the experience.

Easy to use. Very basic. I like that the card can. be saved in digital wallet. Nothign else stands out atm

Cons:

I can't contact customer service right away. The app should have more features, such as customer lookup or the ability to send a link to sign up. or if costumer changes phone, they should be able to carry their reward card over.

Cons:

The pricing of Loopy Loyalty is a bit expensive. Please check your hardware to see if it is compatible with Loopy Loyalty.

Nothing so far, cause i never heard a complain from my customer or either my staff. The explanation maybe could be improve bu multi language just by one click.

That I can personalize my card with the colors and symbols of my business. Clients really seem to appreciate the time spent making the card.

Cons:

The price just because I think that an $18 monthly fee is quite high compared to other apps. Not that it’s not worth it but I would much rather prefer if it was an $5-$8 fee.
