Cons: You have to access it from Shopify and not from a website, so I cant get my social media manager to upload reveiws to Facebook unless i give her access to Shoipify. Unlike Yotpo, you have to manually share on FB page. The klaviyo integration is only on the $299/month power plan which is too pricey for me. Cons: I don't like that I'm not able to directly syndicate reviews with other retailers (since Bazaarvoice owns this segment), but hope that we can do this in the near future! If there was a way to use the additional services at a lower cost based on website traffic volume, I would enjoy Okendo even more. Customer service has been fantastic! They reached out to me about optimizing my usage of the service and their team made the updates for me. Cons: The base tier plan is limiting to what I can do. I understand that it acts as an intro tier, but the fact that in order to sync reviews with my Klaviyo flows has a significant jump in price makes it not worth it at my company's early stage. The costs for a lot of the services/features is not worth it unless your website is seeing ~10K sessions/month, so as a small business that only gets ~3K sessions/month and ~50 orders per month, the cost for the additional services aren't worth it quite yet.
