It's easy to use as a business owner, and for our customers to leave reviews. It also helps us to market our business and build trust across our community. #### Cons It's expensive compared to some other apps but the service is better to compensate for this at least. #### Reasons for switching to Okendo I was with Okendo previously. Only switched to Yotpo so we could manage reviews, loyalty and edm all in one place. I think having all of the offerings in one place and interface is a great way to ensure customers get the most out of the platform and services. It also encourages adding on additional services because there is less onboarding than starting with a new platform.The service level that the account team provides is also stellar, and I always feel like the people I'm talking to are invested in us making the software work for our business. #### Cons When first onboarding, it can be overwhelming to navigate and get over the learning curve for the interface of the platform. The builders for some of the offerings are also a bit clunky. From accounts, to onboarding, to customer success, and support. I have requested help on all matters of things at all times, and have been always met with a friendly and quick response. #### Cons We are on a annual plan which bills monthly, but during Black Friday we had more orders than ever, so ran out of credits. I found the additional credits very expensive (2x more per credit than our plan).
