They've been patient with our set-up, and attentive and quick to rectify questions or small issues. Cons: I don't think it's an issue that's unique to Localyser, but the time consuming process of writing your review response library. Although, I think their AI capabilities (which we're not paying for) might mitigate this. Reasons for switching to Localyser The ability to aggregate more review platforms.
