Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.

The online faxing is not integrated into the phone system and has a 1980s interface. The Android app has it's own problems.

We researched many companies and Nextiva was by far the best one out there. They were competitive in pricing and the best in customer service.

Their phones did come preset up and the onboarding process was very streamlined. When I did need technical support, they were quick to resolve the issues.

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work. We were running in circles  with the problems.

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc.

The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.

We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad. The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market.

After 2 weeks, they couldn't get it right. I wasted money re-ordering business cards and had to re-order after I went with another service that got it done in 10 minutes.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did and get trapped by Nextiva.

YEAR 1: consistently terrible call quality and tech support.

Navigation of admin website was clunky, with user website even worse.

The software easily allows to integrate with ship based phones.

Beyond customers lost and team hours wasted, even calling Nextiva’s tech support was made more difficult since anyone calling tech support was required by Nextiva to be an account admin.

They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.

The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

They are functional, but not friendly. In the best cases, the apps require more steps to do things than should be necessary.

I love the integration aspect that you can have the app on desktop and on your phone. Additionally, as a current work from home employee the faxing feature has been a life saver.

The easy access to Nextiva support and account managers is its best feature. If there are ever any issues, their support staff can be reached by messaging or phone call quickly.

Price is way cheaper than RingCentral and 8x8. Best setup process in town and includes Amazon Chime and free Fax.

The voice service, once configured properly, generally worked fine.

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.

Ease of use to add and manage users in multiple cities and states remotely.

They customize your package entirely, schedule calls to go over the system, and have pretty good support. The price is great and so far, we've been enjoying using the new phones.

Good for ticketing systems and really hums when it's automated. Fairly widely used in the industry so there's a lot of good forums and support on it.

If you use all Zendesk Suite, Chat it's a great add-on, and it's cost per agent it is fair enough when compared to all the metrics you can gather.

The transition from ticket to call is lovely if you require that feature and it allows you save your interaction easily.

ZenDesk is cost effective and easy to implement. The macros features are powerful, and allow for a lot of ease of use in the system.

The interface is so intuitive and powerful. Customer service advisors adapt to it very quickly, and it makes it super easy for them to manage their tickets.

We never had support on issues, lost clients, lost statistics, etc. But when payment is due, then they sent many emails.

Their Email Platform Connect is the worst on the market.

Big array of features which can help companies in different situations. Useful feature of having different languages in the system, which helps a lot with international clients.

Over my experience was nice. Customer service was responsive and the product is well on its way to be the best in the market.

It's a great tool for Customer Care and the conexion with Facebook and Twitter allows for a complete ownership of the customer care attention.
