Used to chase paperwork around like a maniac but now I can see in the tables who is missing items. Taking a survey using the SurveyMonkey is very easy and straight forward. The templates available are helpful, and data analyzation is relatively easy to figure out. #### Cons Visually it could be more appealing and the customization is lacking compare to other platforms. No incentive was offered It was great. When we would send out marketing info we would tap into survey monkey for additional info. IT also helped offset complaints. Because we would give the option of a survey. And if someone complained we could ask if they completed the survey.
