Decent CRM with good integrations but can be better with the functionality and service.

In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.

The regular package should have been less cheaper in my opinion. Otherwise, I find no negative remarks as such.

Agile as mentioned provides a reliable service, and geared toward small-mid sized businesses. Larger companies would find better options.

Where to begin...The landing page tool goes down every week. We've lost thousands of dollars in advertising because of this.

Overall, the Agile CRM, is a nice, cloud base App that is very well suited for more of the Sales Industry.

It's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price. For the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way.

Salesforce was bit expensive and we got all the features in agile crm so its a win win situation for my company.

Agile CRM is best for its data processing it can load heavy data in easy way. It can also integrated with github  and also support the service desk activities.

We are using AgileCRM for our marketing automation and we found this tool excellent and easy to use and operate.

It's costly not every client or organisation have afford it. It is difficult to understand for the beginners because it has some difficult tools.

Terrible customer service. I still haven't been able to cancel my service despite several requests and now going on month 4.

Successful and efficient. Wouldn't be without it now.

What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.

It has good integrations with some of the leading apps like zapier etc, but the free version is very limited.

It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

So beware of this company, and the stupid bugs they refuse to fix.

The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

The cost is also a major advantage since we can get the full set based on number of users. Apart from that we love the campaign builder with lots of tools available to create different scenarios.

Customer service was horrible. I eventually tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept charging me for an annual subscription.

It's very intuitive and easy to use. I feel this crm combines the offline and online world perfectly, providing options to track online sales as well as face to face, without overcomplicating things.

Great integration across multiple marketing tools. Social media and email campaign management is a great add.

If you like the price then the system does the job. But its not as comprehensive or user friendly as sales force or Nutshell.

The price of the software is nice, the features from a glance look really good but once you start using them is when you are in for a surprise.

Its an amazing software which can make a customer success person's role more effective.

Using CSB for quite a while now, its good to keep a track of your day to day productivity, pop up's of Reminders on tasks, renewals, follow up.

The password reset or change takes time to deliver. Not sure if its their email program or my inbox issue.

This has made me very proactive in my job. I'm even able to collaborate with my customer success managers very well on each of the account.

It's hard to search keyword of notes/ communication flow/ emails.

Nothing specific to highlight on the downside of the product as I am using this product for more than one and a half-year.

Great UI, great representation of data and AI engine is very insightful.

Setting up automated alerts for important milestones is a magnificent feature of CSB which gives the ability to be proactive and show our customers some extra love.

Many times, there is a delay in health aggregation, especially product and relationship health. Initially, it happened at midnight but now it mostly happened at noon(12 pm).
