  • Pros

  • The implementation & on boarding team was wonderful to work with.
  • Clean interface and easy to understand. I like the organizational breakdown the most.
  • Cons

  • Changing anything about the tasks is really a pain. We could have done a better job in setting up the logic of the tasks for when they are supposed to fire for sure.
  • You should have a default that is selected company wide for the filter that we can use. Creating tasks is a big hassle and leaving notes on those tasks is a pain.

  • Ticket-based cs management. Easy to setup, inexpensive faq platform.
  • Groove offers helpful stats and integrations and even has the option to house multiple knowledge bases through the same place.
  • Cons

  • Searching for closed requests can be difficult, especially when searching for a particular issue.
  • It's still a bit limited in functionality, but that's nitpicking.
