I often have trouble logging into the SBR, or into the usage data after I'm in the SBR. It is stressful because I am concerned that it won't work properly during the SBR with the customer.

I like the fact that the SBR can be interactive and the appropriate data can be filtered to during an SBR if customers have questions about particular information.

Modifications are easy to do. It's pretty intuitive and user-friendly.
