We no longer have to coordinate with multiple vendors. In addition to reducing coordination headaches, Red Sentry has found real-world exploit able vulnerabilities prior to auditors finding them and also the retest window allows us sufficient time to correct identified issues and receive a clean audit report without being charged again simply to confirm that our patches work. The pentest reports are clear and concise and provide actionable information regarding specific vulnerabilities and corresponding recommendations for remediation; I don’t see many automated scan results with a cover sheet attached. Cons: Some portal settings cannot be changed by myself. If I want to make adjustments to scanning configurations, I have to send an email to Support Team. When I’m in the middle of doing something, this causes friction and our first pentest didn’t meet expectations regarding what we paid for. Had to push for them to re-run the Pentest.
