Pros:
The process monitor client (RedCloak) for our servers has already helped with some attempted infiltrations through an Apache vulnerability a couple years ago. The IDS/IPS sensor works well and has prevented attacks on more than a couple occasions. The vulnerability scanner scans daily and gives us daily reports on internal systems.
Cons:
The setup for the IDS/IPS and vulnerability scanning setup and customization is deeply complex. I wish it had more simplistic options for the more common setups and saved the complexity for higher end.
