Some drawbacks were identified however it's been identified by us and suggested for development, issues were fixed with instant support. Playbook designing part was good but can be improved bit more with the help of adding functionality to compare field values, adding more operators, and adding more utilities which are crucial in daily routine tasks. It was more about identifying the issues and learning the platform features instead working on it. However I would suggest for this tool with more implemented features. Loved it.
