Pros/Cons
Pros
- Cameyo was so easy to setup and get started. If I needed any help the support was awesome and they created a custom solution for my organization.
- From installation to support, we have had a great experience migrating applications to Cameyo. More importantly, it has enabled us to provide new features and a better experience to our customers.
- Cost and time savings of Cameyo over new computer labs. Having to purchase the labs, setup and imaging and maintenance made Cameyo an easy choice and win.
Cons
- We really do not have any cons of Cameyo's software. Implementation was a little difficult for our company.
- Very few negatives, difficult to name even one.
- The cloud is not yet ready for CPU/GPU intensive software for computer aided designing and drawing.
Pros
- User friendliness is also a good thing for this application, it is very easy to use because of it's interface.
- I like that it is user friendly, generally very reliable and has needed applications in one page.
- The best feature for employees like me is high performance for those who work remotely.
Cons
- The new double verification is a pain and very frustrating when we have to do that every time we use it.
- When there is zero connections, the connection center disappears while it is open for no reason. The menus and letters are blurry.
- Having to tell a client that Citrix's own support team cannot fix their issues when they call every morning havi9ng issues logging in is frustrating and makes us look bad.
