ClassJuggler has helped our acting academy with streamlining bookkeeping, giving customers current account information and so much more!
PROSI love pretty much everything! I like the customer portal access and the ability to help reset the password for those who forget. I like how easy it is to quickly print the attendance sheet for instructors. The mailing labels, student birthdays and the list goes on!
CONSThe one thing I would change about Class Juggler is the lack of ability to schedule private lessons.

CONSThere are a few features that I wish we had, like voice calling or voice messaging but overall I’m very happy with Class Juggler.
Reason for choosing ClassJuggler
My franchise reporting was automatically sent to corporate and there was strong encouragement to use Class Juggler. A few years ago we trialed several other Class Managment software products and found Class Juggler to be far superior in their personal communications alone. Their ease of use was another selling point to continue using Class Juggler!

Overall good. There are some things that I would like looked at for efficiency in our application.
I like the ability to pull reports, to manage attendance and to mass communicate with clients. I also like that I can get to Enrollment History quickly and also the ability to annotate notes on most screens as needed.
CONSThe update in the software that changed the attendance view for students. The 12 month view is too much information on the screen at once. Maybe 3 months at a time. The way we use that application we offer make-ups 3 months from the time a class is missed. With 12 months of attendance in the screen you have to filter through too many entries to locate a missed class from 3 months back. Access to 12 months is great but all 12 months on the screen is too much. Also, if you are looking for an entry from Jan 2018, you have to change the reference date to Jan 2019. It's annoying!

Cheryl, the ability to see more attendance was a feature enhancement requested by many of our clients. Not all updates are met with enthusiasm, we realize. I think that adding a range dropdown to the screen, letting you choose how much information you would like to see, would be a great compromise and would satisfy your desires. As to your second request on the use of the reference date: It is the center point for viewing attendance entries, and we've got you covered; To view attendance from, say, Jan 2021, just choose January 2021 as your reference point. ClassJuggler will then show attendance from one year earlier up through one year later than your reference date. I hope this helps.

Making my life so much easier!
Definitely helped to organize my business and helps me get a better overall view of my income and activity.
PROSI like the ease of managing my customers, classes and payments. It has freed up more of my time to focus on other areas of my business.
CONSI just started using the software, and haven't used the more advanced options yet, but so far it seems pretty easy.

For the most part easy customer entry and enrollment features.
Ability to record and track customers.
PROS...Access and adjustable date ability to Customer Balance Statements for printing or email. ...Pre-Pay ability.
CONS..Lack of versatility with start and stop dates; would like to be able to insert a preset start and stop-date instead of waiting for actual day and then going in to complete task. ..Being able to have make-up and trial attendees be recorded in number of students for that particular day in that particular class shown under capacity categories when list classes for day. ..Being able to record multiple charges before saving to customer account. ..For reports being able to use search words.

MY EXPERIENCE IS VERY GOOD, GIVE ME ORGANIZATION AND LET ME MAKE A LOT OF THINGS ON LESS TIME. I WANT THAT THEY INTEGRATE SOME OTHER FEATURES, LIKE A TIMECLOCK FOR THE INSTRUCTORS, AUTOMATATION FOR THE MAKEUP AND TRY OUT CLASSES FOR GIVE THE REMINDER TO THE CLIENT, A SEARCH TO THE EMAIL TEMPLATES. BUT OVER ALL WAS A VERY GOOD SOFTWARE, THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS FAST AND TAKE ACTION VERY FAST TO THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENTS. I WAS SATISFIED.

ClassJuggler has been a great resource for both nonprofit youth groups that I work for.
Offers plenty of reports, an online parent portal, and inputting financial info is easy. The customer support is absolutely amazing. They answer emails quickly and are always friendly on the phone. They were able to quickly register all 150 families in our orchestras in less than a week and helped us set up the parent portal in less than a day.
CONSIt is not the most straightforward in the beginning, when you are trying to figure out how to read transaction pages, and a lot of features that would be convenient just aren't there (yet!). Unfortunately you can only submit one registration fee per account, and you have to manually change it for courses that might have a different fee included in the cost. There are other small nitpicky things, but honestly the cons are not huge.

Class Juggler for our Dance School
Overall, Class Juggler has been great. It took us a very long time to figure it out, but now that we have had the program for over two years, we are realizing that it is a huge time saver and convenient to our customers. I wish it had more features for recital costuming, like our other program, but that is a small request. I do feel like they listen to your feedback and their customer service is fantastic!

A great way to manage classes and students
It makes it easy to keep track of students and classes and to allow other to also see information on classes.
CONSIt can sometimes have glitches and technically issues.

It does the job, but it's "Clunky
I am a franchisee, so the cost of the program is part of my franchise fees, and I cannot speak to it's cost. The program does what I NEED it to do, and Customer service has been great from the beginning, whether it was to get me started and set up or helping me through things I didn't understand they have been very good. That being said...I sometimes get frustrated at the ...(i don't know what else to call it) clunkyness of it though. It does the things I need it to do, but it takes a bunch of steps, which can be aggravating. Occasionally, I am unable to do something the way I WANT to do it, such as sorting lists by a certain headder or automating a certain process. But, on the plus side, it has never crashed on me, it is not difficult to use,(once you get the hang of it) and overall, it is a sturdy platform, that meets my NEEDS list but falls short on my WANTS list.
PROSIt does the job. Meets overall needs. Customer service has been responsive. It is stable (doesn't crash all the time). Cost is included in our franchise fee.
CONSit is clunky, feels like a program that has been added onto and added onto for so many revisions that it is difficult to keep things fluid. inability to sort billing screen by number of days past due (or date). Inability to automate both the bulk creation of invoices and the bulk sending of invoices. inability to choose the number of classes, customers, students, etc that show up on a screen that there are so many steps to do simple tasks

CJ saves me hours and hours of time!
Excellent customer service- always friendly and helpful! 5 star awesomeness. I gave 4 starts only because there are times when I have to wait for a call-back and wish I could reach someone immediately. Great software for my dance center. When we first started using CJ, I felt like I was on vacation because it simplified my job and saved me so much time. I don't know what I would do without it!
PROSThat it is made specifically for dance schools and understands our needs! Upgrades and improvements are very much appreciated.
CONSI wish the billing cycle could be tweaked more specifically to fit the needs of individual studios. I wish the credit card possibilities included PayPal since it's so much cheaper.

Why I use Classjuggler
Fast work saves time and money and my school looks organized.
PROSI have been using for years and never had a problem could not be resolved with one call. Always is there is part of my day to register my new client and they loved because is fast and easy.
CONSI like to have a space to put the student photo and downloaded the parents print copy signed registration form on the system.

There are probably more reports I can use with my job and I slowly integrate them in as needed. The staff at Class Juggler are very helpful when I describe what I need or am looking for they direct me to which report or link I should be using. Very satisfied!
PROSThe most important part of my job is to be able to communicate with parents efficiently and quickly if needed. I like that I can email the whole class at one time. This is effective due to cancelling and/or changing class days or times.
CONSTakes time to set up all your classes but the staff showed me shortcuts and how to copy and paste

Great for dance
Admin side is great, parent side can be improved. The button for automatic payments is phrased kid of funny. I would like to personalize it. Parents don’t always understand they have to fill out their info, then their students, then select a class. The link in the emails goes to the global page. I would like to personalize it, so when they click it it will take my clients to my classjuggler portal.

CONSThe parent interface, I always have confused parents. They often say it isn’t user friendly. So, we still do paper registrations most of the time and I input everything manually.

Fantastic Software for my dance studio business!
I have used ClassJuggler for four years and I love it! The support system at ClassJuggler is wonderful, they are always available to help with whatever I need and their training programs make set up virtually stress-free. My customers love the self-service features and my staff are able to work from anywhere so that our business can run smoothly. I used to spend many hours per week on administrative tasks and billing, but now I have so much more time to focus on other aspects of running my business. I would highly recommend ClassJuggler for your business!

The new parent portal is much easier to use. Parents who were kind of afraid of the old one seem to be more at ease
CONSI would like to be able to see if mass emails are being opened by customers. Parents tend to say they never got the email. At another studio I worked for I was able to go to their profile and see which emails were opened Also it would be helpful to be able to go back to the same customer criteria after you check an individual account

Great program, user friendly and convenient.
We have been using class juggler for many years. It is user friendly for our staff and customers. It saves us time and energy so that we can focus on our students.
CONSThe Email feature can be frustrating at times. I wish there was and easier way to attach pictures and add photos.

No more emailing or mailing families and easy for people to pay. Organizes families for our staff and allows us to keep track of new students and families
CONSIt's not quite as flexible as we would like but we have made it work for our schedule.

The best thing about our experience with ClassJuggler is the exceptional customer service we receive. They are very responsive to requests for new features and reports of issues. I've been using Classjuggler for over 6 years and its like having my own personal assistant !
I could not run my business without ClassJuggler. Has so many features to manage all my classes.
PROSClassjuggler software has the whole package. Anytime I need a special report for one of my classes. I call customer service and Im advised in about 2 steps and I have what I need. I love that I can check my class attendance right on my phone.

It's wonderful to always be able to talk to a person when I need customer support.
My business has been easier to run because of ClassJuggler.
PROSI like that the customers and our business have 24 hour access. It's pretty easy for customers to access their online accounts
CONSI would be able to customize a tiny bit more for our program. We are not a traditional activity program and there are some things I'd like to customize for us.
