Especially since my upgrade I was forced to learn a lot more.

The help section though is great, with breakdown for handling with great detail.

We just added the Parent & Teacher apps. We are hoping to launch them next week but have already been playing around with them and I think our parents will be SO SO happy.

Basic, simple, relatively easy-to-use. Not difficult to set up.

As a new business owner and a mom, the ability to access the software anywhere is amazing.

This is hands down the worst program on the market. After using their old program, dating back to floppy disc, the past year on line has just been a nightmare.

I love that I can call into the 800 Number for support, this helps as sometimes you just need an explination of something rather than reading the help section.

There are a lot of features and customer support is responsive and very helpful. I appreciate the constant updates, adding new features and updating functionality.

A bit hard to learn... but once you understand it, the system does everything needed.

I love the customer service Compudance provides. If I ever have questions or problems they are quick to respond and are always courteous and thorough providing solutions and answers to my questions.

There is a large space between town and state. Also, last time we printed labels for the entire studio, we were missing half the pages (E & F, M-O, S-T, V-W).

The support team is very helpful and takes lots of time to help. The price point of the service is good.

It is user friendly multi featured and very relevant to the health care space.

It not only is a good program for clients appointments and POS, it is also fantastic for timesheet documentation and reports for payroll.

There are many but most importantly is there's no integration of all centers, no feature that can exclude selected Custom Payment such as NO Payment from collection report etc.

In this regard it has been very successful, and the Zenoti team were brilliant at importing and merging all our services and products.

This program is so easy to use, it has all the correct reports. The Customer Service is outstanding & very supportive.

User friendly, allow good communication with clients, team are very helpful and always available on call.

Then 450 a month and I still have nothing working to show for it. The worst customer service I ever dealt with.

I went through 20 demos before I invested my time and money in Zenoti (previously managemyspa). My experience has been amazing.

I really like how interactive it is. It gives me really nice access to my schedule with the ability to add and edit.

The look and feel of Zenoti are awesome, all the available options are user-friendly. Their Zenoti University training modules are very good to train the team members.

Some things are awkward, it doesn't always recognise the services when you type them.

A very good software to use and great customer service. I would definitely recommend it to other related business to use it.

The software was always crashing which was highly frustrating. Additionally, it was not user-friendly and was difficult to navigate.

Thorough features, like multiple pricing on single service. They have localised customer services in my country that able to help with queries.

It has several features we felt would help us increase our customer loyalty and drive more revenues from our existing customer base.

We recently integrated Zenoti Payments and have been thrilled with it. The integration of all pieces and the marketing capability (SMS and Email) were the primary reasons we switched.

We are most excited about the Shopify inventory integration and the email marketing that's included in our subscription.

They have excellent customer service which I favor so much. They are reliable, transparent and super informative.

We are very happy with our decision and are looking forward to continuing to master the software and really explore all the operational and marketing capabilities.

After training, setting up and dealing with various departments in Zenoti our current feeling is that this was the best move we have ever made.
