Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, saves a to of time, great customer service!! Has all the features I need for the studio to work efficiently.

  • Easy to use and does everything I need It to do. Customer service is great and really good people to work with. I love the JR team!!

  • Cons

  • Some features can take a while to get the hang of but their customer service is quick with help.

  • Some of the help tools a vague and hard to follow. But I somehow was able to over come things and figure it out.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, easy to teach others. Customer Service is awesome.

  • Been using it for more than seven years and the features that have been added since the first year is impressive. It’s easy to use and I am looking forward to what’s next!

  • Cons

  • When creating lists, there is quite the limit on list size. Overall, not too many cons, just little personal pet peeves.

  • I would like to get customer service on demand and not solely by a scheduled appointment.
