A Wonderful Company
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is incredibly responsive by phone & email for customer care and support. If I had a problem or something didn't work, she was quick to write a patch or new code to accommodate. I felt like she was invested in our business. This made it very difficult to walk away. We ultimately changed programs when a ballet program merged under our organization.
PROSIt was built from the ground up by a lady who had a son in the performing arts. She saw the struggle of the studio and decided to build a program to fix their needs. She understands the workings of a performing arts studio, how we function, what is difficult, etc. It's a very robust program and meets the needs of an entire studio - both private and group teaching.
CONSI was never consistently able to get my billing entered correctly. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] worked closely with me trying to get it to work. It's wasn't entirely her fault, we have a weird way of doing things! Someone that has a more standard billing/fee schedule would love the program.

The BEST I have used
I can finally get back to worrying about the quality of the instruction we are delivering and the growth of my school instead of the accuracy of our client management software.
PROSThe absolute best thing about this software is the support and responsiveness of the company. If I need to learn how to do something or am able to derive a setup that can not be handled by the software in it's current form it adapts and grows to suit my business. Not like the others that tell me sometime in the next ten years the support I need is "on the roadmap".
CONSIt is a very robust system and does take a little time to learn how to use. The support and user guide help a lot but it will take some time to learn how to do everything that the software can handle.
