It can be very confusing to learn new utilization. The one page doesn't let you log in and I need to close my window and go back to the other page.. I also like that you can copy and paste over each program one year into the next to save time. #### Cons The system is a bit hard to navigate to different pages. First, we cant withdraw someone for a future date, it happens at the time of action. I have been using Uplifter regularly for 6 years now. It is very user-friendly. It is very useful especially to manage large number of members. #### Cons It's not in an App so it is a bit less user-friendly working on a website from the phone or tablet. Unfortunately some mail features are missing (such as forwarding a previous email to follow up on it) and we are forced to translate every message in both French and English (would remove the mandatory option of it) especially as by copy-pasting the message the font (bold, links etc.) get lost so have to do the work manually twice. #### Vendor response Thank you for your continued support over the past six years!
