"The reporting section is the most useful for us as with a large number of members (250-300) we have to provide a lot of information to the Ministry of sport for subsidy request and the software helps a lot in this task"

"Our families love having one spot to get all the information they need on what is offered, simple registering, and paying all in one location"

"The ability to perform class management tasks along with financial record keeping allows so much versatility."

"Unfortunately some mail features are missing (such as forwarding a previous email to follow up on it) and we are forced to translate every message in both French and English (would remove the mandatory option of it) especially as by copy-pasting the message the font (bold, links etc.) get lost so have to do the work manually twice."

"The Ayden settlement reports do not offer an account name, just the invoice number, so I have to look up each invoice to identify which account to allocate the funds to in my book keeping program; I really don't like this new reporting. "

"Lack of priority for fixing key issues involving payments through installment plans, updating credit cards and previous issues with waiver forms."
