  • Pros

  • Excellent suite with a lot of tools to manage your space and invite others to collaborate with you on the same pages.
  • Google cloud platform is fantastic! it keeps all of the wonderful google apps in one useful place.
  • Cons

  • Configuration of permissions can be a bit confusing at times.
  • In case you have low Internet speed at your workplace, you will surely struggle with this platform.

  • Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.
  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.
  • Cons

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
  • Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.
