### About Faddom

Faddom is the ideal solution for IT leaders, systems architects, and infrastructure professionals who need accurate, real-time visibility into their hybrid environments—without complexity, risk, or resource strain. Whether you’re running a financial institution with hundreds of applications or managing cloud migrations for a government agency, Faddom helps you see exactly what’s running where—and how everything connects.

Unlike legacy discovery tools or agent-heavy platforms, Faddom installs in less than 60 minutes and starts producing accurate, live application and infrastructure maps—without needing system credentials, endpoint agents, or access to servers. This makes it the perfect fit for security-sensitive organizations, lean IT teams, and project-based IT initiatives.

Faddom’s unique value lies in its passive approach. It simply listens to traffic and uses advanced analysis to build a continuously updated topology of your environment. That means there’s no performance impact and no operational risk. It works across cloud (AWS, Azure), virtualized infrastructure (VMware), and on-prem systems—making it equally valuable for cloud-first enterprises, hybrid environments, and org...

anizations still undergoing digital transformation. The platform supports a wide array of IT use cases, including: Change Management: Validate impact before executing IT changes and avoid surprises in your production environment. IT Documentation: Automatically maintain always-current documentation and visual diagrams of your entire stack. IT Asset Management: Discover, map, and track all assets—even in disconnected or inherited environments. Data Center Modernization: Plan consolidations, migrations, or decommissions with confidence. Cybersecurity: Monitor east-west traffic, detect unauthorized apps, and receive alerts for SSL expiration and known vulnerabilities (CVEs). Compliance: Export documentation for audits, demonstrate controls, and ensure proper segmentation. One of Faddom’s biggest advantages is how easily it integrates into your existing stack. It complements tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Splunk, and supports exports and integrations via REST API. The insights can be used to enhance CMDB accuracy, fuel observability platforms, or provide visibility to security operations centers. When it comes to deployment, Faddom respects your boundaries. It runs entirely within your infrastructure, does not send data outside your environment, and operates under strict security principles. It supports both online and air-gapped deployments and includes flexible licensing for SMBs through to global enterprises. Faddom is designed for: Enterprise IT leaders who want clarity across complex environments. Infrastructure teams migrating to the cloud or consolidating data centers. Security teams who need visibility without compromising policy. Auditors and compliance officers who require documentation and system transparency. IT generalists and sysadmins looking to replace outdated Visio maps or homegrown inventories. With world-class customer support, rapid onboarding, and a platform that scales with your environment, Faddom gives IT teams the confidence and clarity to act. Whether you’re preparing for a transformation project or just need visibility into what’s already there, Faddom delivers.

Functionality

Pros:

UI is super friendly to use. Data sources have enough variety for any environment. Best part is the Support, Faddom's AI support is easy to engage, just an email away with no hassle of logging into portal and entering tons of details. AI support generally answers the query in first go and support person then follows up on queries.

Cons:

When joined to domain, we loose the capability to sign in with the break glass account. So in case of a disaster where we have to quickly login using breakglass account we have to first disable domain join from the console CLI.

The ultimate affordable application dependency mapping tool for the system engineer

5

It is the only product where I actually can request new features or get immediate support feedback to implement my query. Faddom has brought me extremely much insight in the "hidden" domains of engineers and products (where people who have set them up in the past are no longer there). By far the best software product and company I have worked with in the last 25 years.

Superb Mapping Tool for Networks and Applications

5

We are migrating from an on-premise environment to Azure. During this period there are parallel projects which are transitioning services to SaaS, but do not take all historic data, leaving legacy read only systems of some vintage. Faddom is not only helping us plan the migration waves in to Azure, but enables us to map historic and legacy applications which can then be rebuilt and moved to Azure in a compact and condensed fashion. One we have all our servers running Azure, we will use the base line functionality to maintain topology compliance and ensure there are no un recorded changes to topology

5

Functionality

Pros:

Faddom very quickly showed us how the legacy applications we were transitioning to Azure, were interconnected. It highlighted the undocumented communications with other servers and lead to the discovery of unknown file storage use.The eay to use graphical interface and intuative functions mean that it is a short learning curve to derive real value from the investment in the software.Use of migration wave information, enables us to quickly identify when a server is moved to Azure, the dependencies to other servers and applications, which means we can ensure that all services are moved simultaneously and not then prone to latency issues between on premise and Azure.

Cons:

We have yet to discover anything we do not like about the product. Its simple to use and delivers on its promise
