It delivers and overall sucessfull experience and it lacks compatibility issues because it's web based. It integrates great with google workspace, slack and box. Cons: Hanzo doesn't have some useful archiving features such as email archiving, ediscovery as well would benefit users haing case analytics and document tracking. I feel that access controls and collaboratio tools in legal document management are missing too.
