I absolutely LOVE the new updates where now it saves Open Sessions in a separate area so if/when it crashes you’ll likely have a fall back and how it actually ASKS you if you want to clear your data.

Being able to see other therapists’ session notes was helpful in order to gauge client progress.

The inability to edit trials i would like to see a change in this area.

User friendly and easy to add programs and I like how you can download the graphs.

Integration was super easy with our practice and data collection is easy and intuitive.

Price- ABA desk costs a FRACTION of the price of the competition and works better. As a BCBA you can review your data, add phaseline changes etc. immediately in the browser.

It moves data from baseline to treatment to maintenance automatically which is great. This site never crashes, the customer service is incredible.

The software seems to still be in it's early stages and is not as functional as we need it to be. When we lose session data, we lose money.

No app means having to have service. Lost a lot of data due to background refreshes.

I love that data collection is so easy and I can pull it up at any time. I am able to access the graphed information and plan new goals much easier.

Connection error can happen often in difficult areas.

When entering programs I am  unable to go back and add data that may have not been entered correctly. Once submitted there is no going back and changing percentages only notes.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

Customer service is great, and it helped me save tons of time on building forms. My client is happy because the design looks great.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.
